🌟  Your Path to Deeper Healing & Authentic Connection

Welcome. Taking this first step toward support is often the most challenging part, and it deserves profound recognition. I’m genuinely glad you’re here—good job for showing up for yourself.

Warmth, Intuition, and Presence

I am a seasoned therapist who believes that deep healing is possible when we create a space where you can slow down, feel, reflect, and remember what truly matters to you.

As an intuitive and deeply thoughtful person, I bring warmth, intelligence, and dedication to every session. I sense the undercurrents—the unsaid stories of individuals, families, and society—and I am committed to helping you build a life of authentic connection.

In our work, you will find a space that is both grounding and genuinely human. I bring playfulness, humour, and creativity to the therapy room because I believe deep therapeutic work doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Moments of lightness can open doors to insight and resilience that words alone cannot.

Who I Am

I am a cisgender female in my fifth decade of life. As a first-generation immigrant, I have lived in different cities across Canada since my early 20s. I live in deep gratitude as a guest on the unceded territories of the $x^{w}m\partial k^{w}\partial y^{\prime}\partial m$, Skwxwú7mesh, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh Nations.

I am a long-time meditator and a lifelong student, committed to exploring the many pathways of healing and awareness. I have a beautiful son and a dog and cat.

  My Primary Approaches

I draw from a variety of models, always tailoring my approach to best support your unique needs. My two primary frameworks are:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): This compassionate, structured approach helps you explore the different, valuable parts of yourself, fostering internal harmony and self-leadership.
  • Sensorimotor Psychotherapy: A somatic (body-based) approach that focuses on the powerful connection between the body and mind. We will work to heal trauma by bringing awareness to bodily sensations, supporting emotional regulation and trauma recovery.

I am also continually deepening my training in Thomas Hübl’s work on healing intergenerational trauma, which invites us to recognise and dissolve the stuck energies carried within and between us. I hold deep respect for the courage it takes to do this healing and for the profound ripple effect it has on our communities and the world.

💖  Ready to Slow Down and Begin Your Healing Journey?

I value the power of curiosity and play as pathways to wellness, vitality, and connection. Beyond all of these words and explanations, what truly matters to me is meeting you—just as you are.

If my approach resonates with you, I invite you to reach out.
