My goal is to provide you with a safe environment of self-exploration and discovery. I hope to be a part of your growth and development, supporting you on your journey to create long-lasting, sustainable and meaningful change that allows you to become a better version of yourself.

If you choose to work with me, you can expect a non-judgemental and confidential space in which you are given the opportunity to discuss your inner thoughts, feelings and experiences. I will support you and at times, challenge you so you can honestly evaluate and clarify values, meaning, motivations and what really matters to you. I will give you the space in which to work out how to best cope with the challenges you are presently experiencing and empower you to draw upon your many strengths.
I look forward to working with you.
