Fees are set in accordance with professional associations recommendations, and related experience. Fees include, time spent in session, preparation time, paperwork, training and consultation in the service of your therapy.

Regular Fees

50 mins Sessions

Individual- $140 + GST (147)

75mins session

Individual – $210 + GST (220.50)
Couples – $225 +GST (236.25)

100mins session

Individual – $280+ GST (294)
Couples – $300 + GST (315)
Initial Couples sessions are 100 mins

Intern Fees For Low Cost Counselling

Individual Session 50mins

Individual Sessions 75 mins

$67.50 incl GST


Clients usually pay by cash or cheque at each appointment or e-transfer prior to the session, unless alternate third party payment has been arranged in advance. Some extended health benefits will cover a Registered Clinical Counsellor. You should check directly with your provider to find out what kind of coverage you have.

Cancellations and missed appointments

The session that you book is time reserved exclusively for your benefit. Our cancellation policy is based on fairness to you, the counsellor, and other clients needing appointments.

A session that is missed, rescheduled, or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice of your appointment time will be charged the full fee.
