Who We Are
At Turning Point our counsellors are committed to providing you with a space to heal, reflect, and transform your relationship to yourself and others.
We hold true to the idea we can not take you to places we have not gone ourselves. All our therapists and Interns are committed to this value by continuing to do their own personal work and in depth training.
All therapists have been carefully selected to provide you with the skills to achieve your goals. We understand that finding the right fit in a therapy relationship is very important and provide you with a variety of backgrounds and interests to choose from.
Delyse Ledgard RCC. Director/Psychotherapist/Intern Supervisor

She is a certified Somatic Transformation Practitioner. Starting counselling is an act of courage. Whatever your motivation for seeking support, I believe in being fully present to each of my clients and accepting you non-judgmentally with the concerns you bring.
Rochelle is accepting new clients. You can book directly for Monday and Wednesday and email her if these days do not work.
At the heart of my work is the firm belief that we are all hard wired with self-righting tendencies and for overcoming obstacles that block our potential for growth and healing. In creating a therapeutic relationship with you I simply become a catalyst for such exploration and change that can lead to a transformation in your relationship with yourself and the world around you.
Ella is accepting new clients on Thursday and Sunday.
We will be taking on new clients in September. Please fill out the form below to go on our waiting list and you will be contacted by one of our interns at that time.
